Terms for Renting the Property
In order to ensure a transparent and secure contractual relationship for both parties, the following requirements must be met to formalize the rental of the property:
Security Deposit:
A deposit of two months’ rent will be required, in accordance with current regulations, and will be held as established by law.
Current Month’s Rent:
Payment of the current month’s rent at the time of signing the contract.
Supporting Documentation:
To assess the tenant’s financial solvency, it is essential to provide the following documentation:
- The last three payslips
- Identity document (DNI) or, if applicable, a valid residence and work permit
- Updated employment history (Vida Laboral)
All documents must be valid at the time of submission. Providing these documents is an essential requirement to formalize the rental agreement.
